General Motors is known for offering a range of discount programs for its customers, ranging from military discounts to student discounts. Now, the American carmaker wants to honor another group of people with a discount who deserve to be recognized: first responders. That’s why the GM First Responder Discount Program is now available at GM dealerships across the United States, including Wright Chevrolet Buick GMC.
This program, which officially kicked off on June 1, 2018, will allow active and eligible first responders to receive a discount on Chevrolet, Buick, and GMC vehicles. This includes paid and volunteer firefighters, police (including police officers, sheriffs, sheriff’s deputies, correctional officers, state troopers, and federal law enforcement officers), EMTs and paramedics, and 911 dispatchers.
To determine whether or not a first responder is eligible, dealerships will be using First Responder ID. Once you’re verified, you will receive an Authorization Code for the discount. When you decide to purchase your new GM vehicle, all you have to do is bring this code in with you to Wright Chevrolet Buick GMC, along with a copy of your driver’s license with the license number redacted.
The discount you receive depends on the car you purchase, but it will reflect the GM Supplier Price.
At Wright Chevrolet Buick GMC, we want to thank all of the first responders out there for your work, sacrifice, and dedication.
